It is our goal to make your signage process as easy as possible.

​To expedite your project, please send as much of the following information as possible:

• Do you have any ideas on what you want for your signage?
• Address and location of new signage?
• Pictures of location
  • Pictures of the whole building if there are multiple tenants.
  • Straight on picture of the front of the building from 10 feet and 30 feet away.
  • Straight on picture of the tenant or monument signs from 10 feet and 30 feet away.
  • Straight on picture of all windows that might require window vinyl from 10 feet away.
• Measurements
  • Measurements of the front of the building.
  • Measurements of any tenant or monument signs.
  • Measurements of all windows that might require window vinyl form 10 feet away.
• Landlord Signage Requirements
  • If your project requires any specific requirements from your landlord, please send us a copy of those requirements.
  • Example: All signage in the development must be white.
• Signage Completion Date
  • Date signage is requested to be completed.
  • Do you have a grand opening scheduled?
  • Please keep in mind that the scope of your project will determine the timeline for completion.

Once we have these details, we will design your art package and quote your project. Please keep in mind that this process timeline can vary a great deal based on what edits are requested along the way.

After a final design is agreed upon and quote is accepted, we will begin the permitting process. Permitting can take one to three weeks depending on your municipality and if they require any edits to be made to the art package or require engineering. Once permitting is approved, we will build your sign and schedule installation!
