Shoutout to Emma Schrag, Springfield Sign Assembly Production Manager, on being selected for the 2022-2023 Tri-State Sign Association ELITE Class! The purpose of the TSSA ELITE program is to cultivate and nurture leadership skills in young members, encourage a succession plan for participation in the state and executive boards and continue advancement of the sign industry. Congrats Emma!  The Excel Dental pylon sign located in Ozark, MO was selected as a winner in the Tri-State Sign Association Sign Design Contest. This eye-catching sign was designed, built and installed by the Springfield Sign team!

Leadership Springfield seeks to inspire, develop, and connect leaders to serve the Springfield community. Leadership Springfield provides community leadership programs for area professionals of all ages and stages and local students, unlocking the potential in our community and plugging in people to meet real needs in Springfield. Course curriculum includes an exploration of the Community Focus Report and inclusive excellence. With an alumni network of more than 2,000 graduates, alumni members from more than 3 decades have been plugged in, with the power to make lasting impact in our community.  Back in September Trey Watts (Vice President of Sales) and Jack Watts (Design/Production Engineer) represented the Springfield Sign team at the 2021 Culver's Foundation Golf Outing at Lake Wisconsin Country Club. $112,975 was raised in scholarships for Culver's team members!
